A year in the life of an Italian town
in the 1930s.
A nostalgic glimpse of an Italian seaside
town at the time of the rise of Fascism not that different from the
director's childhood in Rimini. It is episodic without real focus but
the characters and images are vibrant and often funny.
The title loosely translated means "I remember" appropriate to one of
the most auto-biographical directors of world cinema.
