Prisoners at a concentration camp conceive a daring escape plan.

Based on a true story this movie is very well acted all round from a fine ensemble cast, it is fascinating in its detailed study of an escape attempt from a concentration camp. McQueen is the star that stands out for the iconic scene of him attempting to drive a motorbike through the barbed wire though everyone delivers fine performances which give an air of believability to the film.
