Four tales of
violence and redemption involving two mob hit men, a gangster's wife
and a pair of diner bandits.
A sordid often brutal but in the
end dazzling piece of cinema. I particularly like the non linear
narrative it is very rare in film to watch characters who were killed
earlier on in the piece at the end. Its narrative tricks aside
Tarantino was hugely influential in modern international cinema leading
to many attempts to make another Pulp Fiction.
The parts of the duo in the restaurant Honey Bunny and Bumpkin were specifically written for Amanda Plummer and Tim Roth.
