30 Park Place

I was looking for data on Art Deco revival in the US and I found two references to the address 30 Park Place in New York City. I don't know if this building is finished or even under construction at this point but the design looks interesting. If the artist's concept is true to the final product it will truly show a strong Art Deco influence.

The obvious question I have is... When can we move in? Anyone have a few million dollars to spare?

Any luck yet? Check IN the cushions. Maybe that's where money is and why they're so fluffy.
