This is not meant to intrude on your enjoyment of The FC. It is merely a way for us to raise money to help cover the operating costs and promotional fees associated with running this fine site.

We have several projects in the works that will help push The FC far into the future while still keeping our retro roots firmly planted in the Golden Age of American history, culture, style and entertainment.

The "Greatest Generation" deservers to be honored and their efforts kept alive for the rest of us to learn from. We need to be remind from whence we came as a nation so that we have a firm foundation on which to build our future.

We really appreciate all the money we've been given so far. It's going to go a long way to make this site self-supporting in the future.

I wish I knew where you got the $45 a year amount, because we own more then just the obvious ones.

There are other costs besides the domain names and the bandwidth that I won't include such as upgrades here and there. There are also some expenses that I'll never recoup and I could never ask for donations from such such as my time. It's like my own entertainment... I can't take up a donation from you guys to pay my DirectTV bill. There are somethings I buy like the movies I review that I would own even if I didn't have this site.

By the way - we're also coming up with an advertising program for our vendors...
