Looking for someone to make a custom bag for a wheelchair

Hey all,

I am on the hunt for someone who can make a custom bag for a wounded vet in a wheelchair. He has the specs and is willing to pay but can't find anyone to follow through with it. If you know of anyone or have any contacts please let me know.
