What famous actress appeared with both the Marx Bros. (Room Service) and the Three Stooges (Three Little Pigskins)?

June

Neither of these are appearing on TCM anytime soon. However, IFC has Stooge shorts every week.

This is hard. Martha Raye, and that is just a guess.

More:

Very pretty, often called "Queen of the B's", and would become even bigger in another entertaining format

Congratulations, Dan,

The correct answer is Lucille Ball. Talk about paying your dues! Carole Lombard worked for Mack Sennett, so maybe that's how these women honed their comedic timing.

Lucy was a lady that really worked hard and deserved every bit of success she achieved. Still, she could've never been a standup comedienne, IMO (and hers, I think). Lucy was great at reactions (what a face and voice) and physical stuff. Complete with timing, sharp brains and beauty, Lucy was magnificent! I'll bet she got along with Larry, Curly, Moe, and the Marxes, too. They all knew how hard comedy was.
