“The Rise of the Fourth Reich: The Secret Societies That Threaten to Take Over America”

From William J. Jackson's review from May 30, 2017 via "Goodreads."

After a lifetime of wondering what happened to America, what secrets are hidden in the dark, a pal of mine nudges me in the right direction. Eric Fisk of the Fedora Chronicles broadcast, I thank you. I never believed the Nazis simply fave up and converted. This wonderful tome by Jim Marrs hits with more than just supposition. He lists documents and sources plus other writers over a seventy-year period who show the Nazis were ALLOWED to get their mitts into our government and others to keep fascism going. Curious about how we 'suddenly' got a corporate/state fascist system? Start here.

If you’ve listened to my podcasts or read any of my reviews than you’ve already heard of this book, “The Rise of The Fourth Reich” – which is in my estimation the greatest book on the topic of Nazi based ‘conspiracy theories’ that was ever written, with Anne Jacobson’s “Operation Paperclip” a very close second. You’ll also know that I believe that if you’re writing any historical fiction about what might have happened after some of the leadership in The Nazi Party fled to South America before the fall of Berlin at the end of World War 2 in Europe, then this book should be read. Twice. It’s also an essential reference and guide.

If you’re going to write about any conspiracy theories (or as I like to call them, conspiracy FACTS,) and you’re not acquainted with “Rise Of The Fourth Reich” then you’re obviously misinformed or ignorant. You can’t talk about conspiracies without being acquainted with at least some of Jim Marrs’ work. Not being versed in some of the actual facts presented in this book is a formula for disaster for anyone of us trying to get the lay of the land, as it was, in the realm of topics such as The Deep State, the internationalists and their hostile take-over of cooperation’s and governments, and the social engineering that has paved the way to creating a passive population who allowing these things to happen but since their minds are so “brainwashed” into thinking that everything’s fine, they’re incapable or merely unwilling to do anything about it.

The late, great Jim Marrs first lays out the groundwork for this book by explaining to all of us, what is “Fascism.” What is it, really? It’s clearly the take-over of the cooperation’s by the government, or it’s the takeover of the government by the cooperations. In the case of The United States, it’s been of the cooperation’s and the government taking over each other simultaneously. This book also illustrates how the National Socialists came to power in Germany than the rest of Europe until the Second World War erupted.

We’re then brought up to speed on how the remaining Nazi’s who fled Germany with the massive amounts of treasure they accumulated and set forth on a successful plot to take over manufacturing industry in the west, the education system, the pharmaceutical industry, the mental health profession, the media, and while buying influence in all the major political parties in the western world.

All of this sounds like a terrifying scenario for a “James Bond” film, which isn’t too far from the truth. [In a future rant, I ought to explain how Ian Fleming got so many of his ideas for his novels while working for British Intelligence during World War 2…] The fact is, it’s all too real.

Much of the rest of the book is spent explaining how The United States has, in fact, become a country ruled by a “soft fascist” regime. How is it that the cooperation’s like “Monsanto” have more control over government agencies like The FDA in determining what’s ‘safe’ for human consumption? How is it that under the last two Presidential administrations the Pentagon has reported losses in the billions and nobody is held accountable, and nobody seems to be actually looking for those lost funds? See how society at large comes down hard against individuals who merely ask questions about “wholesome institutions?”

Not a month goes by without disturbing stories about government institutions and their intrusive surveillance programs or police brutality. Or mass-shootings or other acts of violence commented by people kept on regiments of “antipsychotic” drugs?

Jim Marrs did his best with this book to ask lasting questions that will linger long after his passing earlier this summer – how are we not in a fascist state? And have we become everything we claimed to be against 70 or more years ago? We defeated Germany by the end of World War 2, but what about The National Socialists that started the damn conflict in the first place? “Rise Of The Fourth Reich” demands to be on your reading list if you haven't read it yet, and needs to be read again from time to time.
